FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE An additional autograph session has been added to the schedule of events for “Mayberry in the Midwest”
New Castle, IN --The Henry County Convention and Visitors Bureau is proud to announce that an additional autograph session has been added to the fun filled weekend of “Mayberry in the Midwest.” This autograph session will have a number of the scheduled to appear “Andy Griffith Show” stars at a few area Henry County attractions. The Henry County Art Center, Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame and the Wilbur Wright Birthplace and Interpretive Center are the three area attractions where at least one Mayberry star will be present for autographs. This autograph session is planned for Friday, July 19 from 1:30pm until 2:30pm at the above locations. Those interested in purchasing an autograph should arrive early. “Mayberry in the Midwest” is a two-day event celebrating the wonderful fun and cherished memories of the loveable “The Andy Griffith Show” characters. Friday, July 19th is a charity auction and dinner with the stars of “The Andy Griffith Show” at the Henry County Arts Park. Saturday, July 20th is a cast reunion show performed by the stars at 7pm at Bundy Auditorium. Both of these ticketed events are sold out and the few scheduled autograph sessions are the only opportunity for those who do not have a ticket to the above events to interact with the stars.
